John Campo is a Partner in our Contracts and Insurance Coverage Practice Group. He also handles general civil litigation and business disputes for a variety of businesses and individuals. He practices throughout California and is also licensed in Arizona. His primary focus is on business disputes and litigation, general civil litigation, drafting of contracts, insurance coverage, bad faith, and matters related to the construction industry. He has tried cases in both state and federal courts, and has handled numerous appeals before the California State Courts of Appeal and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a court appointed judicial arbitrator for the San Mateo County Superior Court, and provides arbitration and mediation services in that capacity.

As a Partner in our Insurance Coverage Practice Group, he also provides coverage advice to individuals and insurers with insurance coverage questions and advises several major insurance companies on coverage questions.

Education and Background:
Graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, 1991; Bachelor of Science in Economics from Santa Clara University, 1988. Born Phoenix, Arizona; Admitted to the California Bar and United States District Courts 1991; Admitted to the Arizona Bar 2000.

Member of the State Bar of California, State Bar of Arizona, and San Mateo County Bar Association.
